1. if anyone is from Australia, you can purchase a Travel card from ANZ. It is $11 to buy the visa card. Just say you have $5000 you can put that amount on the card at the currency rate of that day and is locked in at that currency. You can then use it as a savings/visa card in US dollars and don’t get charged a conversion rate or monthly fees. I highly recommened it. Oh and also IF you have money left over you can bring the card home and cash it into AUD at the rate

2. haha im an aussie too and am pretty worried about how the americans/aussie wording is different. Especially miles/km’s litres/gallons…
   might have to be careful on the “thong” word!!!

3. im going on my first contiki tour this year…the Wild Western in the U.S….soooooo excited…i have heard from a lot of people that “if u want to go and tour make sure ur ready to drink!” i think the only way to see the world is through contiki…all u have to do is pay for ur tour (which is peanuts!) pay ur flight…and rock up!! im 22 and this is my first time overseas!!! sooooooo excited!!!!
