1. My personal favourite: On pay day put about 80 percent of your paycheck into your savings account. Leave yourself however much you think you need for the week e.g fifty for petrol. If you have a savings account like mine, it’ll cost you to take money out of it, so it’s a good incentive. When shopping, think about something for an hour before buying it, by that time you’ll find you probably won’t want it anymore.
