More About Me

I'm a travel addict, love travelling and seeing places and showing people the highlights of Europe. My favourite areas in Europe would be Central & Eastern Europe and the Russian area, love the food and people there. Favourite country in Europe would be Austria, food, people, scenery, it can't be topped in my eyes :)

  1. Get the adaptor in your home country BEFORE you leave. It is almost impossible to find your plug in Europe if you forget. The plugs there are for Europeans travelling to USA, UK, Aussie etc.

  2. Bring lots of socks, lots of walking makes your feet sweat, ugh!!!

  3. Smart clothing is a must for your suitcase or you’ll stand out when everyone else looks hot and you do not. It is culturally insensitive and against the law in some parts of Europe to walk around with a shirt on. The same Church Dress rules apply when visiting Istanbul’s Blue Mosque & Prague’s Jewish Quarter

  4. Catching a premiership match between August and May is a must for any football fan – Chelsea, Arsenal, Fulham, West Ham, Tottenham are all within reach of the city. Movie theatres in London’s suburbs are generally half the ticket price of ones in the West End

  5. Many flights from Australasia and America land in London between 0600 and 0900. You cannot check into the hotels until 1400 generally so a hop-on hop-off bus tour is a great way to kill some time while you wait for your room and good for your body clock to adjust to UK time
